Ordering made easy

  1. You can order using the webshop. If you don't like it, we accept also orders by email or letter, but they must include the preferred shipment method. New: The minimum order value is EUR 15.00

  2. We manually issue an order confirmation which contains our banking details like BIC/IBAN. New: PayPal is also possible

  3. You pay mentioning the order number. If you select PayPal as your payment method, the order shipping address and the PayPal shipping address must match. 

  4. We deliver: in Germany by Hermes or DHL or Deutsche Post (insured), other EU countries per your request. Often we manage to ship same day as your payment is received. 

If you choose a shipment method which turns out to be impossible by dimensions or weight, we will correct it in the order confirmation.
You can also pick up your order at the company location in Karlsruhe, Germany. Prior agreement is required.
